Your access to and use of the site is conditional with your compliance to the terms and conditions given below and all applicable legislation. These terms and conditions are to the exclusion of any other agreement made between you and Renault regarding the use of the site. You agree that Renault shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage to any property arising out of your failure to abide by your obligations hereunder. All rights of ownership in the site, illustrations pictures, sound, script, animation and other material appearing belong to Renault. All rights are strictly reserved. You shall not copy, amend, reproduce in any form whatsoever the information and material on the site or otherwise interfere with the site or do any act that is inconsistent with our rights. Passwords and Access Codes
During the registration procedure, you must enter an account name and a password. You alone are responsible for keeping this account name and password confidential and for all the activities carried out on your account. You shall; (i) inform Renault immediately of any unauthorised use of your account and/or your password and/or any breach of security; and (ii) make sure that at the end of each session you disconnect properly.
Products and Services
This site provides information on Renault products and services available throughout Singapore. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on the site is the most recent and correct, from time to time the specifications of vehicles, services and prices can change without notice. Because of the interactive nature of the site the configuration is for illustration purposes only. You should therefore contact your dealer for definite details.
Personal Data Protection
RENAULT will not obtain data enabling you to be personally identified unless you give us this information by filling in and sending us the forms on the site. This information is confidential and kept by RENAULT. No commercial use will be made of the information without prior written authorisation from RENAULT. The data you provide about yourself is essential for answering your requests for information, appointments, etc. This information is exclusively for the use of RENAULT and certain of our commercial partners, our branch offices and the members of our sales network, for the purpose of surveys, analysis, sales and marketing campaigns. You have a right to access and can rectify data about yourself by contacting Wearnes Automotive Pte Ltd. We may obtain information which cannot under any circumstances be linked to a particular person. This information relates to the type of internet browser that you use, your computer system and the name of the domain by which you accessed our site.
Use of 'Cookies'
When you visit our site, we may plant a "cookie" in your computer. A "cookie" does not enable us to identify you. Generally, it records information about the way your computer navigates round our site (which pages you looked at, date and time, etc.) which we can read next time you visit. It contains information which you have given us. In this way, you will not have to fill in the form the next time you visit the site. This information will be stored on your computer for a defined period of time. We hereby inform you that you can prevent "cookies" from being recorded by configuring your browser as follows: If you surf the Internet with Internet Explorer 3 or 4 (Microsoft): Click on "display", "options", "advanced". Among the various warnings that you can activate, the fourth says "warn before accepting cookies" and in Internet Explorer 4 only, the fifth says "always refuse cookies".
In Internet Explorer 5.0+:

- Highlight the 'Internet' zone (selected by default)
- Select security level 'High' for this zone
- Click on 'OK'
- Go into your cookies directory (usually c:\windows\cookies)
- Delete all the files you have there
Once you delete these files, you will have no more cookies and your browser will no longer send or receive new cookies. If you surf the Internet with Navigator Gold 3 (Netscape): click on "options", "network preferences", "protocols". Among the various warnings that you can activate, the first is "warn before accepting a cookie". Hypertext Links
Setting up a hypertext link to the Renault site requires prior authorisation from RENAULT. If you wish to set up a hypertext link to our site, you must contact the e-Commerce manager at RENAULT. RENAULT is in no way responsible for the content of sites to which there is a hypertext link from the Renault site.
Limit of Liability
You visit the site at your own risk. Under no circumstances will RENAULT or any members of its network be held liable for damages, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to loss, loss of data or programs, or financial loss resulting from access to or use of this site or any of the sites linked to it (except personal injury or death caused by our negligence). Information about models and their specifications relates to the description at the time of going on line or when the various pages are updated; the information is given only as a guide and must not be construed as constituting a contractual offer of products or services issued by RENAULT, its branch offices or members of its network. Errors or omissions may occur. Access to the products and services presented on the site may be subject to restrictions. You must therefore make sure that the law of the country from which you have made the connection permits you to access our site.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted with Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
